The Arena Game Type is the main focus of this server. It is the easiest to understand & most likely the type you will see when you log onto the server. The objectives are simple, stick them with the pointy end & don't die. Be sure to put on a good show!
Objective:There are many different Arena Maps, but they all have the same objective have fun and to practice your PVP abilities, without the fear of losing your items you worked so long to gather on a survival server. There is no wait time to play, just pick a kit, jump into the arena, and start killing everything you see!
Mechanics/ Infastructure:Each player is given a choice of what type of kit they wish to utilize: Swordsman, Beserker, Knight, Tracker, Ranger, Sniper, Potion Master, Warlock, Paladin, Assasin, Infiltrator, Rogue and Custom Kits. Each of these kits are designed for a different type of player and their own personal play style. The kits can provide you with: armor, weapons, blocks, and effects. How you choose to use these items, in whatever creative (or standard) fashion you may deem most optimal, is up to you. Choose wisely!
Capture the beacon is a team game where you battle the other team to try to take their beacon.
Objective:Be the first team to score 3 times. You score by bringing back the other teams' beacon while your beacon is still in your base.
Mechanics/ Infastructure:Each team gets Protection IV leather armor, a sheild, a diamond sword, 64 bread and a Power III bow. Once the beacon is taken, the player who is holding it will glow to show that they have the beacon and they will have hunger so they cannot sprint.
King of the Hill is a very simple Team Game, which focuses on an objective . Each team must battle for control of the current "Hill" that is present on the map. The game is extremely fast paced, and unlike the Arena game, you do have a team that depends on you. So, keep that in mind while playing. There are no limitations to how many times you can die during the game, however, when you die you will have to wait a set period of time before you can respawn and help your team capture the current Hill.
Objective:Your objective is to control a Hill. The Hill will be marked with an active beacon surrounded by a circle of bedrock. To control the Hill, you must be the only team inside the ring. The Hills will change to one of four random locations every 2 minutes, so be sure to keep track of where the Hill is. The team that controls the hill gains about 1 point every second. The team to reach 200 points first is the winner!
After the game ends, the map will reset for a new round. Therefore, the server will kick everyone on it for a moment. If you intend to play another round, you are advised to quickly log back onto the server and go into the Ready Room as quickly as possible. Otherwise, you do run the chance of being excluded from the next round.
Mechanics/ Infastructure:This Game requires a minimum of 6 players before starting, and consists of 3 teams: Blue, Red, and Green. When you sign onto the server, your first objective is to get into the Ready Room, otherwise you will be excluded from the game. You do not need to pick a kit before entering the Ready Room, that comes later. The teleportation pad for the Ready Room is located where the teleportation pad to the Arenas is normally. Once the game detects there are six people inside the Ready Room, the game will start. You will be broken up into random teams, depending on how many people are playing & then teleported to your team's Armory area. Pick your kit that best suits your own playing style. They are the same kits as you would find in an Arena game, so remember, the limitations of the items you are given in the kit is that of your own imagination. After you select a kit, enter through the portal to the War Room. This will also be your respawn location for when you die. The game will start shortly after you have entered the War Room.
